Last month, we held our biggest ever fundraising event at the world-famous Savoy Hotel. Tickets to our Gala Ball were snapped up swiftly and we welcomed over 240 of our supporters to a fabulous evening in celebration of our 56-year history.

The ball began with a dazzling champagne reception, followed by a three-course dinner, dancing to live music from the renowned Jazz Dynamos, and both a live and a silent auction, where guests battled for the chance to win exquisite prizes and unique experiences.

Our live auction featured lots by some of Britain’s most important artists (and some of our wonderful Patrons), including: Sir Howard Hodgkin, Maggi Hambling, Ian Davenport, Colin Hayes, and Nicola Green. Our silent auction offered some incredible holidays, unique fashion items, artist prints, and money-can’t-buy experiences.

We'd like to thank everyone who supported the event (a full list of thanks below), everyone who donated prizes and their time, and especially everyone who joined us on the night to help us raise a grand total of over £60,000 (and counting)!

All proceeds from the evening will enable us to continue our mission: to use art to inspire better health and wellbeing for patients, service users and the people who care for them.

If you’d like to join us at future events (both big and small), make sure you don’t miss out by signing up to our newsletter below and following us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
