Leave a gift in your Will

Leaving a gift in your Will, whether large or small, is a wonderful way to support a cause you care about and to make a lasting difference.

By leaving a gift to Paintings in Hospitals you can help us plan ahead to support more patients and carers in hospitals, hospices, care homes and beyond. A gift allows us to take quicker steps to create compassionate and colourful care spaces that encourage better health and wellbeing and enrich the quality of life of the people who use them.

More than 56,000 people are admitted to NHS hospitals every day, not including outpatient or A&E visits. Paintings in Hospitals supports people through their time in care and offers moments of respite from their treatment. Our plans to transform people’s experience of health and social care are far-reaching, national and long-term. To ensure that we can achieve our ambitious vision, we need to know that our charity’s future is secure. Legacy gifts are a huge part of this.

A legacy is possibly the most personal gift anyone can make to Paintings in Hospitals. Every gift is extremely valuable to us and will make a lasting contribution to the charity’s future, our unique services and the mental and physical wellbeing of patients and carers across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Anyone can leave a legacy, large or small, to Paintings in Hospitals. If you would like to support a specific area of our work, our Director would be delighted to discuss this with you at your convenience, so we fully understand and respect your wishes.

  • If you're unsure about what a legacy entails and what types of legacy there are, head over to our Leaving a legacy guide.
