We're very excited to announce our brand new Friends membership scheme, designed to give something back to you - our amazing supporters. Benefits include free gifts, limited edition prints, discounts in our shop, and prioritised access to special events.

Your donations keep us going. It’s as simple as that! Without your support, there wouldn’t be 315 health and social care organisations benefiting from our work. We wouldn’t have 2,173 of our artworks on public display across the country. There wouldn’t be 9,762 patients taking part in our art workshops and activities.

Since 1959, we’ve used art to inspire better health and wellbeing for two million people every year. We’ve come this far because of you, our friends, and now we’d like to make it official!

We’re proud to launch our Friends of Paintings in Hospitals scheme out of gratitude for all the things that we have already achieved with your help, and looking forward as we expand our reach and impact into the future.

Membership is available on three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold – designed to suit what you’re comfortable donating each year. Each tier has a range of benefits and these can include:

• a season's greetings card each year
• a discount on all the items in our gift shop
• a quarterly newsletter, just for our Friends
• free/priority booking for our online events and exhibitions
• an exclusive welcome gift when you join our silver and gold tiers

Plus, if you join now as a gold tier member and set up an annual Direct Debit, you will receive a free Limited Edition print by celebrated artist Tom Phillips CBE RA valued at £250.

You may have seen our announcement that our exclusive season's greetings card this year, included in all tiers, was designed by artist Alexandra Hon!

NB: When setting up an annual donation, the 'preferred collection day' you choose will be the date of the beginning of your membership. Choose the date you would like your membership to begin as this cannot be changed once a Direct Debit has been submitted.
