Paintings in Hospitals is looking for two trustees who have substantial experience in either Marketing Communications or Business and Finance...

Paintings in Hospitals is seeking to grow our dynamic Board of Trustees to help us increase our reach, enhance our profile, spread our messages, and continue to develop groundbreaking arts-for-health services fit for the future. We value diversity and encourage applications from everyone.

We are seeking two trustees who will bring creative vision, are connected with relevant networks, and act as passionate champions of the role art can play in transforming people’s health and wellbeing. In particular, we are interested in receiving applications from people who have substantial experience in Marketing Communications, specifically Press and Media Relations, and from those who have substantial experience in Business and Finance.

Paintings in Hospitals is known for its pioneering approach and commitment to utilising the power of the arts to transform health and wellbeing for patients, carers, and communities across the country. All trustees are expected to share that commitment.

    Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for two people whose core values directly relate to Paintings in Hospitals’ mission and vision: one person will have a strong track record in PR and one will have a strong track record in business and finance. They will have a broad professional network and an ability to build and develop new relationships. Their excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, logical thinking, and public speaking) combined with experience of marketing and/or fundraising initiatives will elevate Paintings in Hospitals’ position as the national leader in arts for health.
