1. Discuss your art needs with your Regional Coordinator

Our Regional Coordinators work in specific areas of the country with every different type of health and social care organisation you can think of. They're experts. They’ll give you advice and guide you through the loan process, step by step. Contact them now.

2. Your Regional Coordinator will arrange to visit you

They’ll stop by at a convenient time for you. They'll assess your site to find out what is possible in your available space.

3. Your Regional Coordinator will design a selection activity

We know that patients and staff get the greatest wellbeing benefits when they’re empowered with the skills and confidence to make a meaningful connection with the art on display. Your Regional Coordinator will create an activity, tailored to your site, that will help your staff and service users choose the artworks that fit their needs.

4. Check the paperwork

Let's be honest. Paperwork is a bit boring but, unfortunately, very important. That's why we’ll take care of everything: contracts, transport, insurance, etc. We just need a few signatures from you.

5. Your artwork arrives

Yay! Now you'll begin to see the real difference our art can make to the lives of people working in and using your care space. Our artworks are pretty amazing...and also very valuable. Please take good care of them. We provide special security fittings and we work with specialist art handlers to help keep them safe.
