Conceptual artist Mahlia Amatina invites you to discover 'Around the World in 80 Washing Lines', an interactive, multi-sensory art installation depicting unique washing lines across the globe.

Exploring the connections and similarities of each washing line, the exhibition contains 80 stories of humanity, from 80 people around the world, each sharing their photos of laundry, and more.

Backed by The National Autistic Society and supported through Arts Council England funding, the exhibition has been touring both galleries and launderettes in the South of England, inviting visitors to discover the story behind each garment and washing line. Free, inclusive and suitable for all ages, the exhibition reaches out to a wide and diverse audience.

"It doesn't matter where you are in the world, who you are, or what you do - we all have laundry to do!"
