Delivery times

Delivery is normally within five to seven working days, and often much sooner. If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please contact us.

Our last delivery day in 2015 is Monday 21 December. Any orders received after 5pm that day won't be dispatched until Monday 04 January 2016.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). If this happens we will let you know. We do ask for your patience if this happens: we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you. Once your order is on its way, we will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.

UK delivery of standard items

Most standard orders are delivered within the UK by Royal Mail First Class post. We work out the delivery cost according to the product’s size and weight. We always charge the minimum possible postage and never make profit on delivery charges.

UK delivery of non-standard items

A non-standard item is something that we consider to be fragile, of high value, or particularly large or heavy. For these products, delivery costs will be higher to make sure that the products are handled correctly, tracked and properly insured during delivery.

International delivery

International delivery is not available as standard but please do contact us if you are based outside of the UK. We will do our best to organise delivery to you, wherever you are. Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight, as well as where it’s going.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will always love your purchases from our online shop. But we know that occasionally there could be a faulty item or you may simply change your mind.

We offer a 28 day period during which you can cancel your order or exchange your purchase. This period expires 28 days from the day on which you receive your ordered products.

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product:

1. Contact us to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product.

2. If already received, package your item up and send it back to us at:

The item should be received by us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order. (We recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

3. We will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than:

a. 14 days after the day the product is received or
b. if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product or
c. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed the seller or us (via Step 1 above) about your decision to cancel your order.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you have spoken to us and agreed that doing so will not affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
