BBC Radio 4 Charity Appeal in aid of Paintings in Hospitals
Paintings in Hospitals will be the subject of the BBC Radio 4 Charity Appeal on Sunday 30 January 2005. The appeal will be presented by eminent broadcaster and Chairman of the National Campaign for the Arts, Joan Bakewell CBE.
"The Radio 4 Appeal" has been broadcast weekly since 1926 and was formerly known as "The Week's Good Cause". Each week the appeal focuses on a different cause and reaches millions of listeners across the UK as well as internationally through the BBC's World Service.
The Paintings in Hospitals appeal will be broadcast at the following times:
Sunday 30 January: 7.55am and 9.26pm
Thursday 3 February: 3.37pm
