Launch of the Friends of Paintings in Hospitals programme
Paintings in Hospitals is delighted to announce the launch of its Friends Programme, which will help provide great support to the healthcare community.
Well-placed artworks have a positive effect on the wellbeing of patients and their carers. Paintings in Hospitals’ art library help the sick feel better and those who are well stay well. Friends of Paintings in Hospitals help the charity to provide this support to people in their local area.
The programme was launched at the private view of the charity’s summer exhibition ‘Art in Large Doses’ and already counts many subscribers. Anyone can subscribe to the programme for £25 a year. As a Friend of Paintings in Hospitals, you’ll be invited to special events and receive quarterly newsletters.
