Art in Large Doses - Summer exhibition

27 July – 12 August 2011
Menier Gallery
Free admission
This summer Paintings in Hospitals presents Art in Large Doses at the Menier Gallery; an exhibition showcasing works from its London Collection. The exhibition will be a chance to see how the charity continues to challenge ideas about what kind of artwork is suitable for the healthcare environment with its selection of bold and contemporary works.
Art in Large Doses will feature work across all types of media, including an outsize canvas by Frank Kiely, a reverspective by Patrick Hughes as well as a range of animated short films selected in conjunction with Tate Forum.
