There is a modest rental fee charged per picture that contributes to the running of the charity and expansion of its collection to enable more hospitals to be involved in the scheme. Payment is required in full and in advance of the loan period.
The cost of collection and delivery is not included in the loan charges and is payable by the borrower. Paintings in Hospitals will be happy to arrange transport with a suitable courier on request.
All pictures on loan from Paintings in Hospitals are covered against theft subject to our Terms and Conditions. Additionally, all risks cover is provided against any individual or group of pictures valued at £1,000 or more being accidentally damaged, vandalised or lost.
